Culture thrives in Holstebro

Set in the beautiful countryside of Holstebro you will find a wide range of cultural offers. Art, architecture, theatre, museums, concerts and much more.

Cultural life is and has been one of our top priorities since the 1960’s. Therefore, art is prominent in the street scenery in the town of Holstebro. It began with the purchase of the sculpture “Woman on Chart” (often simply referred to as Maren). She is today the symbol of the town of Holstebro. Since then, art has found its way to the pedestrian streets and the town squares.
At Holstebro Tourist Office you find a list of the pieces of art in Holstebro.
